SideDish Readies for Radio Debut

|

If you listen to WRR (101.1fm) everyday this week from 11am to 1pm, you will get an inside look at One Arts Plaza on “Classic Café.” Host Adriana Bate and our own executive editor Tim Rogers, will inaugurate this “new lunchtime tradition” with a live broadcast from One Arts Plaza. (Bring your own tomatoes.) Anywhoo, each day this week, the show will feature an interview from one of the five restaurants in the complex. Today, we start with Fedora.

Listen as two of the chefs and I attempt to cook up a coule of (warning: mob music) the restaurant’s signature dishes. (We have the audio and video to prove it.) You can check out the complete program for the week here. If you miss it live, the interview will be available on our home page forever.
