Alamo City Grille Opens

Several readers have inquired about the whereabouts of the folks behind Holy Smokes BBQ on Hillcrest and Northwest Highway. Well one, co-founder Daniel Kisthardt, surfaced a few months ago when Ms. TG over at PegNews noted that Kristhardt was in the process of opening of Alamo City Grille in Plano. Well, it is finally open. And Kristhardt’s partner in dine is Mark Moberly, a talented chef who has worked plenty of fancy-pants places in town (Voltaire, Riviera, Toscana, Maguire’s). “We have a very diverse menu featuring many Texas favorites, all made from scratch from our CIA trained chef,” said Kristhardt.
