THE OCEANAIRE SEAFOOD ROOM
SPECIAL HOLIDAY OFFERINGS

The Oceanaire Seafood Room rings in the New Year in style, taking reservations from 4:00pm – 11:00pm on December 31.  Executive Chef Chad Kelley will feature a 4-course New Years Eve menu, with multiple selections in each course. Cost is $95 per person, excluding alcohol, tax and gratuity.

Entrée selections include Stuffed Cape Cod Lemon Sole, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes a la Oceanaire, Alaskan Black Cod, Filet Mignon, Roasted Veal Chop, Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast, Jumbo Sea Scallops and more.

Additionally, The Oceanaire Seafood Room is open on December 24 with special holiday hours, 11:30am-8pm, featuring the popular a la carte menu. CHRISTMAS DAY DINING AT DRAGONFLY FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Four-Course, Prix Fixe Menu Celebrates Flavors of the Season

In the tradition of fine holiday dining, Dragonfly will offer guests a beautiful four-course, prix fixe menu Christmas Day.  Thursday, Dec. 25, from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m., Dragonfly offers a gourmet spread of the sweet and savory, including seafood, meat and fowl. Executive Chef Grant Morgan invites diners to celebrate Christmas with Hotel ZaZa and enjoy the flavors of the season.

Diners will begin their holiday meal with Chef Morgan’s selection of Appetizers, including Seared Squab Breast, Lobster and a Roasted Vegetable Tart. The Soup and Salad course will offer a Sweet Potato-Pear Soup and Baby Spinach Salad with crispy artichokes.

Entrees include a choice of Grilled Cumin-Scented Pork, Roast Duck Breast, Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Lemon Sole. Diners will enjoy a choice of Yule Log or Panna Cotta for dessert. Dragonfly also offers a selection of fine wines, spirits and champagne. Gather family and friends together this Christmas for fine holiday dining at Dragonfly.

Hibashi Teppan Grill & Sushi Bar is welcoming the New Year with fun, excitement and flair – and three different menus. The Hibashi Experience provides a choice between Teppan Dining, Stellar Sushi and New Culinary Creations menus, plus there will be High Energy Flair Shows throughout the evening.

Always exciting and entertaining, guests choose their entrée, a choice between Filet and Lobster; Lobster, Shrimp and Scallops; or Chicken, Steak and Shrimp. Guests can fully enjoy the showmanship of Hibashi’s trained chefs as they perform and prepare the finest Japanese dishes right at the Hibashi station, with stunts with knives and colorful ingredients to delight the eye and the palate. The Teppan Grill New Year’s Menu also includes onion soup, house salad, specialty appetizer, dessert and a complimentary glass of champagne for each person. Cost is $110 per couple.

If guests select the Stellar Sushi New Year’s Eve dinner, they will be treated to the artistry of the finest sushi creations as they dine with the Sushi Chefs at Hibashi. The main entrée is a Sushi and Special Roll Platter, featuring tuna, salmon, yellowtail, super white tuna, Sundae Roll, Pink Panther Roll and the California Roll. The Stellar Sushi New Year’s Menu also includes onion soup, house salad, specialty appetizer, dessert and a complimentary glass of champagne for each person. Cost is $100 per couple.

Guests may choose to indulge in the Hibashi Chefs’ fresh, newest culinary creations with the New Creations New Year’s Eve Menu. The menu offers a choice of one main entrée creation from Filet Mignon, Black Cod or Lobster Ikura. The New Creation New Year’s Menu also includes Miso soup, house salad, specialty appetizer, dessert and a complimentary glass of champagne for each person. Cost is $120 per couple.

NEW YEAR’S DINNER AT GO FISH OCEAN CLUB
Go Fish Ocean Club is offering guests a special three-course menu, created by Executive Chef Tiffany Derry.

For the first course, guests have a choice between Go Fish Salad (mixed greens, candied spicy walnuts, apples, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese and honey whole grain mustard dressing), Mediterranean Salad (fresh Herbs, Mixed greens, olives, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese and champagne vinaigrette), Oyster Rockefeller on the Half Shell (fresh shucked oysters, creamy spinach, and broiled hollandaise sauce), Spicy Tuna “Tataki” Roll (seared “Tataki” Tuna over crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll, topped with pickled Jalapeno and Ponzu sauce) or Pink Pepper Dusted Calamari Strips with sweet and spicy chili sauce.

Champagne Sorbet is the Intermezzo, followed by the entrées. Entrée choices are Oven Roasted Sea Bass (crispy roasted Sea bass, smashed fingerling potatoes, wilted spinach and Puttanesca sauce), Sweet Pecan Crusted Salmon (creamy orzo pasta tossed with shitake mushrooms, tomato, spinach and parmesan cheese, served with a Daikon Orange Salad), Seared Scallops (pan-seared jumbo scallops, creamy herbed polenta, and fennel salad and grapefruit beurre blanc), Grilled Lamb Chops (New Orleans-style pinto beans, collard greens, and spoonbread) or Blue Cheese-Crusted Filet Mignon (6 oz. Filet served with jumbo tempura onion rings).

For dessert, guests have a choice of Dark & White Chocolate Bread Pudding (Dark and White chocolate chunks, cherries, almonds, and crème anglaise), Bananas Foster (Caramel Myers Rum sauce and vanilla ice cream), Key Lime Pie (Honey lime sauce and key lime crème), New York Style Cheesecake served with grilled pineapple passion fruit sauce or Chocolate Torte (Flourless chocolate cake, semi-freddo and fresh berries).

As a lagniappe, all guests will receive Chef Derry’s traditional-made Eggnog.

Executive Chef Randy Morgan and General Manager Jonn Pierre Baudoin  have created an elegant five-course New Year’s Eve menu for Dallas Fish Market guests.

Start with an amuse of Maine Lobster Corn Chowder, followed by a choice between Butternut Squash Soup with rock shrimp and fried leeks, or Tri Colored Beet Salad with watercress, pumpkin seeds and boursin.

The second course offers a choice between Indiana Pekin Duck Confit, with grilled andouille sausage and corn pudding caramelized with onion jus, or Half Dozen Raspberry Point Oysters with plum gelée with Alaskan King Crab Cakes with Serrano aioli.

For the main course, guests select one from an 8 oz. American Wagyu Strip Loin with foie gras/port reduction, Seared Columbian River Sturgeon Au Poivre with Dijon thyme cream, Black Truffle Wrapped Chilean Sea Bass with pomegranate vinaigrette, or Grass-Fed Australian Filet Tenderloin with sage béarnaise.
