Dishers, a couple of weeks ago we reported that chef Jason Boso (Twisted Root, Cowboy Chow) was injured when his scooter was crushed by a Hummer. He has been in the hospital for FIVE weeks. I’m happy to report that Jason was moved out of ICU Tuesday evening. No word on when he’ll be back on his feet or in the kitchen, but I think we all need to give him a big shout out. I can not imagine being in a hospital for five weeks. (Dang, that beer looks good.)
