No, you’re not on Craig’s List. The Houston Press’ Eating Our Words blog has listed the “10 Texas Sausages to Eat Before You Die”. Interesting list. I’ve had one (City Market in Luling) but can’t vouch for the rest. My question: what up, North Texas?
