We know all you singles are always looking for fun date ideas. While we also enjoy dinner and a movie, sometimes it gets a little tired. But! Dinner and a movie at Central 214 in the Hotel Palomar sounds like a good way to get a one-way ticket to Pleasure Town (cue this). Starting September 20 and then continuing every Sunday through October 26, movies will be shown on Central 214’s outdoor patio around 8pm (hello romantic sunset/perfect excuse for hand holding). In honor Gay Pride weekend, the first movies shown will be The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert on the 20th and Mommie Dearest on the 21. Each week, there will be drinks and snacks that follow the theme of the movie, which means we are definitely not missing Chocolat on Oct 19th. Check the website for more info.
