LightCatcher Winemaker Dinner

If you’re looking for something to pique your palate this weekend, then head over to LightCatcher Winery in Fort Worth on Saturday to get a chance to taste the Sangria Summer Port (a new release) at this month’s Winemaker Dinner. We’ve created dishes to go perfectly with each wine – here’s the menu:

First Course

Sweet Blue Cheese and Foie Gras

Main Course
Etain’s Rose
Paella
Pork, Chorizo, Mussels and Scallops
in a Saffron Rice

Brandied Peaches and Whipped Cream
with Sangria Chocolate Sauce

I’ll introduce each course and tell you our inside info on how the wines were made, as well as the thought process in the recipes – I do my best to be entertaining, occasionally funny and painlessly educational.  Come be a part of this yummy evening!
75 per person, plus tax and tip.
