John Tesar Eats and Blogs At the Same Time

I don’t want to burst anyone’s bubble, but chef John Tesar, from the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek restaurant, is not in the kitchen this week. Nope, he’s left things in the hands of his extremely competent staff while he goes on his annual inspiration trip through Europe.
