Hamilton Rousseau III, R.I.P.

Dallas has lost one of its unique foodie characters. Hamilton Rousseau III, former owner of Ifs Ands & Butts, the eclectic soda and tobacco shop in the Bishop Arts District, passed away on Wednesday, August 13 after a long struggle with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), a rare bleeding disorder.
