The website isn’t up, but the kitchen is open. Come and get it. Cowboy Chow, a new concept developed by Jason Boso, owner/chef of Twisted Root Burger Company, is located at 2801 Commerce. They hope to get a menu to us today.
UPDATE: So, I’m looking at a PDF of the menu. Short and sweet and cheap. Beer braised brisket, pulled chicken, Dr. Pepper braised beef ribs, cheddar mashed potatoes, and tacos.
