Tim Love to Open Up Love Shack in Victory Park

|

Joyce Saenz Harris reports on the DMN Eats blog that Fort Worth chef Tim Love is opening up an outpost of his Love Shack (really annoying music warning) restaurant at Victory Park. Opening date is set for April 1. (Not sure where it’s opening exactly, but wouldn’t it be cool if it opened up as a freestanding building in the actual park, a la Shake Shack in NYC’s Madison Square Park?)

I ate at Love Shack last spring and was underwhelmed at best. Our burgers were so greasy the bun was mush, and the patty had little flavor. We did enjoy the live music and open-air…unfortunately, according to the Eats report, the seating won’t be open air for us. Murmur.
