As you might remember from posts on FrontBurner, I’ve been taking a 12-week sommelier certification course through the International Sommelier Guild. The final is in two weeks. You can guess what I’ll be doing this weekend. That’s right. Studying, people. OK, maybe a little wine drinking, too, but mostly studying. The next class starts Feb. 3.
