AMLaw 150 firm Thompson Coburn is moving from its temporary space at 1919 McKinney Ave. to 2100 Ross in downtown Dallas’ Arts District. JLL’s Andy Leatherman represented Thompson Coburn in the lease negotiation for the 23,177-square-foot space. “Identifying an office strategy that offers the right amenities, location and visibility is critical to recruiting and retaining the best professionals in the industry, especially while simultaneously cultivating a growing client base,” said Leatherman. “Thompson Coburn’s new North Texas office places them in a great position to continue serving their clients and grow their firm. We look forward to seeing their continued success.”

Altco’s Mike Dement, Sam Meginnis, and Jon Altschuler represented building ownership, Dallas 2100 Ross.

The Dallas office is Thompson Coburn’s sixth. The firm also has locations in Chicago, Los Angeles, Southern Illinois, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C.

INDUSTRIAL

Lennox Industries renewed 252,187-square-feet at 2051 McKenzie Drive in Carrollton. Blake Kendrick and Eric Crutchfield, with Stream Realty Partners, represented the landlord, Link Industrial Properties. Ross Longo, with Longo Commercial Advisors, represented the tenant.

Spectra Metal Sales leased 76,220-square-feet at Royal Commerce Center – Building 1, 2007 Royal Ln., Ste. 160/180 in Dallas. Eric Crutchfield with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, G&I IX Royal Lane. Mac Hall and Todd Poticny, with Stream Realty Partners, represented the tenant.

BKDL Investments purchased a 55,000-square-foot industrial building at 3334 North I-35 East in Lancaster. Matt Pennock, with Industry Asset Group, represented the buyer. Hanes Chatham with Stream Realty Partners represented the seller, 1622 Market Center LLC.

H. Bettie Industries of Texas leased 27,900-square-feet from Inwood Trade Center at 1137 Conveyor Lane in Dallas. Jeremy Mercer of Mercer Company represented the tenant.

Fulfillment by Eagle expanded by 24,093-square-feet at 8181 Jetstar Drive in Irving. Transwestern’s Brett Owens, John Fulton, and Clayton Johnson represent the building ownership. Stream Realty’s Mac Hall and Ryan Boozer represented the tenant.

Stream Realty Partner’s Forrest Cook and Brett Carlton leased 17,000-square-feet on behalf of the landlord, MoxieBridge, at 5309 Superior Pkwy. Tenants include Smart Start, Ronny Evans Fleet Services, Rango, and A1 Carriers.

Firehouse Movers renewed 16,128-square-feet at 121 Lakepointe Crossing – Building 2 in Lewisville. Bob Hagewood and Mac Hall with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Stockbridge. Whitebox Real Estate represented the tenant.

Telecom Technicians has leased 14,392-square-feet at 12018 Forestgate Dr. in Dallas. Tucker Cason of Mercer Company represented the tenant.

Crossfade Design has leased 10,000-square-feet at 3301 Wood Drive in Garland. David Wilganowski of Mercer Company represented the tenant.

BBH Capital Investments has purchased 12,221-square-feet at 2636 National Circle in Garland. Tucker Cason of Mercer Company represented the buyer.

Triversal Investments leased 2.5 acres of land at 1000 W. Hurst Blvd. in Hurst. Jeremy Mercer and Dylan Neal of Mercer Company represented the landlord.

WAB Holdings DBA ArcPoint Labs has leased 2,320-square-feet at 8925 Sterling St. in Irving. Andrew Johnson of Mercer Company represented the tenant.

MULTIFAMILY

Fountains at Steeplechase, a 368-unit multifamily asset near U.S. 75 in Plano, has sold. Drew Kile, Will Balthrope, Joey Tumminello, Grant Raymond, Bard Hoover, and Nick Fluellen from Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office represented the buyer, Bridge Partners.

Celina Residences has filed a permit to construct the 272-unit Liv Bluewood apartment complex in Celina. Construction on the 284,000-square-foot project will begin in January 2021 and complete by August 31, 2021. Charlan Brock Architects is leading design.

Preston Park, two Class A multi-tenant office buildings totaling approximately 198,788 square feet located at 1800 & 1820 Preston Park Boulevard in Plano, has sold. Colliers International’s Capital Markets Team of Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd facilitated the sale. The buildings were sold by California-based Libitzky Property Companies and Dallas-based Sunwest Real Estate Group to TerraCap Management, a Florida-based commercial real estate investment manager, for an undisclosed amount.

Caddo Holdings has filed a permit to construct a 38,000-square-foot shared office building in Plano. Construction on the $6 million build is expected to begin January 1, 2021, and complete October 2021.

Venture X, a global professional co-working company, has broke ground in Lewisville for its new 31,300-square-foot location at Historic Mill Building at 4400 State Hwy 121. The location was selected for its proximity to Grandscape.

Ship It AOG has renewed 14,000-square-feet of flex space at 4309 Lindbergh Dr. in Addison. Brian Pafford and Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, 4301-21 Lindberg Ltd., in the direct deal.

Central Plaza Shopping Center, located at 8053 Grapevine Highway in. North Richland Hills, has sold. The 15,785-square-foot building was constructed in 1984 and sits on 1.44 acres. Kirk Searcy of Collier’s International was the broker for the transaction.

A 10,000-square-foot foreclosed property located at 1751 Eastchase Parkway has sold to a franchisee of Camp Bow Wow, a national chain of dog daycare, boarding, and grooming services. The Los Angeles-based seller, Pacific Premier Bank, was represented by Bradford Commercial Real Estate’s Richmond Collinsworth and Leigh Richter. The buyer of record is J-S Woof Enterprises Inc. Dawn Sumrall of Keller Williams Arlington represented the Camp Bow Wow franchise.

Chop Shop Wine Bar has signed an 8,445-square-foot lease at 7560 SH 121 in McKinney. The $1.2 million finish out is expected to start this December with a planned opening by May 2021. West 16th Design is the listed design firm.

Roanoke One, a 4,952-square-foot property located on 208 E. Highway 114 in Roanoke, has sold. The property was recently constructed in 2016 and is currently 100 percent occupied with a well-established tenant base. Cody Payne and Austin Edelmon of Colliers International negotiated the deal.

Ross Golman of SHOP Companies represented the landlord. Chanon represented the tenant.
