Sealy Mattress leased 585,910 square feet at 2650 Rental Car Drive in Irving. Steve Koldyke and Steve Trese with CBRE in Dallas represented the landlord, TCC Passport Park 2.
AmerCareRoyal has leased 390,006 square feet at Speedway Logistics Crossing, 2401 Petty Place, in Fort Worth. Garrett Gibbons Jr. and Lucas Kay, with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. Nathan Lawrence, Scott Moore, and Krista Raymond with CBRE in Dallas represented the landlord, SPCH Fort Worth I.
Geodis leased 280,000 square feet of industrial space at 5450 Kiest Blvd Road in Dallas. Ann Huntington, with CBRE in Dallas, represented Geodis. Kacy Jones and Trapper Graff with CBRE in Dallas represented the landlord, Kiest Blvd.

Skyline Commerce Center, a Class A 198,000 square foot industrial development located in the northeast Dallas industrial market, has broken ground. Matt Dornak, along with Drew Feagin, and Adam Jones, of Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas industrial team, will oversee the leasing of both buildings. Conor Commercial Real Estate is developing the site.
SCP Distributors renewed its 137,700 square foot lease with Clarion Partners at Lakeside Trade Center. Brett Owens, with Transwestern, represented the tenant. Steve Trese and Wilson Brown, with CBRE, represented the landlord.
Synnex Corporation leased 117,206 square feet of industrial space at 1601 South Shiloh Road in Garland. Trevor Atkins with CBRE in Dallas represented the tenant.
Fallon Industrial purchased an industrial property totaling 61,000 square feet from Datavault Joint Venture. The three buildings are located at 2709, 2713, and 2717 Fallon Drive in Sherman. Jared Aubrey, Michael Austry, and Johnny Dunn with CBRE in Dallas represented the buyer in the sale.

ISC Building Materials of Houston leased 51,050 square feet on 3.65 acres at 7900 Ambassador Row in Dallas. The company was previously located at 1400 West Commerce St. Dan Spika, SIOR, Executive Vice President and Principal of the Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented ISC Building Materials. David Easterling, with CBRE, represented the landlord, ESOR Group Partners.
Enseo has renewed its 26,504 square foot lease at Cardinal Park 4, 1680 N. Prospect Dr. in Richardson. Jim Graham, Sara Fredericks, and Tyler Howarth, with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant.
MULTIFAMILY
Olympus on Main, a 352-unit multifamily property in Carrollton, was sold to Nimes Real Estate. Trammell Crow Company’s High Street Residential subsidiary and High Street’s partner Olympus Property handled the sale. The property, which also includes 4,025 square feet of ground-floor retail space leased by Barrel and Bones, is the third phase in the Union at Carrollton Square transit-oriented development.
OFFICE
Animal Supply Company extended its 23,382 square feet lease at Las Colinas Urban Center, 600 E. Las Colinas Blvd. in Irving. Joe Fabian and John Wolf, with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. Transwestern represented the landlord, TCI 600 Las Colinas.

AIR Engineering and Testing leased 8,002 square feet at Westwood Business Park, 1801 Royal Lane in Farmers Branch. Todd Noonan, with Stream Realty Partners, represented the tenant, while Drew Crawford and William McCarthy with Finial Group represented the landlord in the transaction.
TenantBase has leased 5,204 square feet at Northwood Tower, 5757 Alpha Road in Dallas. JLL’s Trevor Franke and Andrew Scudder represented the property’s ownership group, RTG Capital and Gault Company, on behalf of AMT Redevelopment, LP, in the negotiations. TenantBase’s Shawn Hall and Brad Beutel represented the new tenant.
RETAIL
An out-of-state, cross-sector 1031 Exchange buyer has purchased the MedExpress located at 3700 S. Cooper Street in Arlington in an all-cash transaction. Jared Aubrey, Michael Austry, and Brad Benjamin of CBRE arranged the sale.

Kiddie Academy, a net-leased property located at 3188 Legacy Dr in Frisco, was sold. Ron Hebert, Ryan Wolf, and Vincent Knipp, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the seller. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Wolf and Knipp.
Uptown Amusement has leased 2,500 square feet at Wheatland Corners, 2984 W Wheatland Road in Dallas. Jeffrey Lewin, Brian Sladek, Dave Burggraaf of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.
WAREHOUSE

Dream Captured Event Design has leased 7,000 square feet of warehouse space at 4301A Lindbergh Dr. in Addison, from 4301-21 Lindbergh. Brian Pafford, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services; Ryan Coretz, broker associate; and Susan Singer, executive vice president, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
Safeguard Termite & Pest Services has leased 1,820 square feet at 4308 Sunbelt Drive in Addison, from Kennington Sunbelt. Brian Pafford, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services; Ryan Coretz, broker associate; and Susan Singer, executive vice president, represented the landlord. Mike Houston of Heritage Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
