Texas Star Business Center


Texas Star Business Center, a 78,418-square foot industrial property located in Euless, was sold. Adam Abushagur, industrial specialist and senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the buyer and seller, both private investors.
LAND

Located at the southeast quadrant of FM 548 and US-80, McDonald’s will join an existing RaceTrac and Firestone Complete Auto Care.


A 1.2-acre tract of land at Woodland Crossing was purchased by McDonald’s for their second Forney location. Woodland Crossing is a 22-acre development by Glen Gilani. Thurston Witt, first vice president with CBRE, marketed the Woodland Crossing project and represented Gilani in the transaction. Lem Miller and Andy Hechavarria, with Sandia Commercial Real Estate, represented McDonald’s.

Two acres Summer Creek Station in Fort Worth was sold to Ampler Development. The site will be used for a new Burger King. Shop Concepts represented the purchaser. Transwestern’s Mason Bishop, Steve Williamson, Cullen Finnegan, and Larry Jordan represented the seller.
MEDICAL

The subject property is a part of significant commercial development located near the intersection of Josey Lane and Valley View Lane in Farmers Branch


Baylor Scott & White Institute For Rehabilitation, a 5,000-square foot medical center located in Farmers Branch, was sold. Philip Levy and Vincent Knipp, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the buyer and seller, both private investors.
MULTIFAMILY

Built in 1985, the River Park 27-building community sits on 9.8 acres and offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.


Westmount Realty Capital acquired River Park, a 280-unit, garden-style multifamily community located at 3309 River Park Dr. in southwest Fort Worth. The 27-building community sits on 9.8 acres and offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.

Vineyards at the Ranch I & II has access to Interstate 635 and is just east of Interstate 75.


A multifamily portfolio, Vineyards at the Ranch I & II and Beacon Hill, was sold. The two properties represent a combined 1,656-unit community spread across 38.62 acres in Northeast Dallas. NorthMarq’s Dallas investment sales team of managing director Taylor Snoddy, senior vice president Philip Wiegand and senior vice president James Roberts represented both buyer and seller on the Vineyards at the Ranch I & II transaction and also brokered the Beacon Hill transaction. DP Partners LTD PS was the seller of Beacon Hill Apartments, and Stone Ranch Owner/Stone Ranch Owners Two LLC was the seller of Vineyards at the Ranch.
OFFICE

Toll Hill Office Park, a two-building, office campus totaling 248,045 square feet at 5310 and 5440 Harvest Hill Road in Dallas, was sold. JLL represented seller Cawley Partners, which is exiting a five-year hold, and procured a five-year, floating-rate structured acquisition loan for the buyer, Canada-based Balfour Pacific Capital. The JLL investment advisory team representing Cawley was led by Parker McCormack. JLL’s Jason Piering and Will Mogk arranged acquisition financing.



Pillar Commercial sold ts 121,000 square feet 2703 Telecom building in Richardson to Goldenberg & Associates. Colliers International’s Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd helped facilitate the sale.

Lyons & Simmons signed a 6,287 square-foot lease in Rosewood Court. Transwestern’s Sanders Thompson provided leasing services on behalf of the tenant. Newmark Night Frank’s Jim Graham represented the sublandlord.

Deans Stepp Law signed a 4,200 square-foot lease in Republic Center. Transwestern’s Sanders Thompson provided leasing services on behalf of the tenant. Trae Anderson from Younger Partners represented the landlord.
RETAIL

Redline Athletics leased 21,000 square feet at 320 East Main St. in Crowley. RESOLUT RE’s Chris Flesner represented the tenant. NAI Robert Lynn’s Jon McDaniel represented the landlord.

Axis Supply Company has renewed at Vally View Market, 4051 LBJ Fwy. Chris Flesner and Brian Sladek of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.

The Stonebrook Square strip center in Frisco was sold. STRIVE represented the seller.
WAREHOUSE

Dayton Superior Corp. renewed 51,101 square feet of office/warehouse space in River Park Business Center, 15124 Grand River Rd. in Fort Worth. Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord. SCG River Park Business Center. Brian Gilchrist and Steve Koldyke of CBRE represented the tenant.

Karlen Auto Co. acquired a 7,632-square foot warehouse on 0.44 acres at 1000 Oakmead Dr. in Arlington, from GT 44 Automotive. Jim Ferris, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the seller in the direct deal.
