Deal Ticker: DFW’s Top Leases, Sales, and New Projects

Lincoln Property Co. leases to Scottish Rite and LiveNation, Vending Projects purchases space for its headquarters, and more.

Industrial

Enseo Inc. leased 43,680 square feet of industrial space at Jupiter Service Center on 10th Street in Plano from Kennington Jupiter Center LLC. Jim Graham, Sara Fredericks, Tyler Howarth of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

PrattCo Creekway Industrial purchased 42,000 square feet of industrial space on Ambassador Row in Dallas. Jamie Jennings, Jason Moser, and Andrew Rabinovich of Stream Realty Partners represented the seller.



Vending Projects LLC purchased two buildings, totaling 29,500 square feet, for its headquarters and distribution center. The site is located on two acres in East Fort Worth. Erik Blais of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, and Christopher Fleeger and David Jimenez of Morrow Hill represented the seller, Graco Supply Co.

NRG Energy renewed its lease at Parkway Center III on Dallas Parkway in Plano. Kim Lyon and Scott Hobs with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the agreement for the 24,555 square-foot space. Matt Weiser, with Stream Realty Partners, represented the landlord.

Forum Way


A Fort Worth-based private investor purchased a 20,000-square-foot single-tenant manufacturing facility located at 8900 Forum Way in Fort Worth. The property is situated on 3.6 acres of land and was 100 percent occupied by Waples Manufacturing at the time of sale. Stream Realty Partners’ Jamie Jennings, Andrew Rabinovich, and Jeff Rein represented the seller, Agarita Management Company, in the transaction.

NRG Energy Building


On The Road Lending purchased a 20,000 square foot industrial warehouse just west of the Trinity River on Comstock Street. Jason Moser and Drew Feagin with Stream Realty Partners represented the seller, Comstock Ventures LLC. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jay Lucas represented the buyer.

Lone Star Hair subleased 12, 876 square feet of industrial flex space on Story Road in Irving. Brian Pafford and Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the sublessor, BioAuotmation Inc. James Kim of JSK Infinity LLC represented the sublessee.
Land Deals

PHC Equities LLC purchased 436,471 square feet of vacant commercial land on Harris Road in Arlington. Nick Talley and Katherine Graham of Bradford Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Erica Larson of the Mark D. Hixson Co. represented the seller, Reliable Paving Inc.
Office Deals

Carroll & Bryan LLC. purchased 75, 260 square feet of office space on North Carroll Avenue. Fred Deal, Trace Elrod, and Garrett Gibbons Jr. of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller, Kipness Property Company LTD. Chicago Title represented the buyer.

Lincoln Property Company leased nearly 32,000 square feet of office space in Parkside Tower on Maple Avenue in Uptown between three tenants. Chris Axley, Worthey Wiles, and Jake Young of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord in each of the deals. The leases are divided as follows:



    • Scottish Rite leased 21,358 square feet. Joe Graham of Graham Investments represented the tenant.







    • LiveNation leased 6,476 square feet. Jim Graham and Tyler Howarth of Newmark Knight and Frank represented the tenant.







    • GlassRatner leased 3,906 square feet. Layne Mayfield of CBRE represented the tenant.

      Parkside Tower




Homeowners of America Holdings Corporation expanded its office lease on Corporate Drive in Riving to 7,387 square feet. Michael Quint and Ken Boyd of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. Wingert Real Estate represented the landlord, 1400 Corporate Realty Holding LLC.

13959 Peyton, Inc. purchased a 7,014 square-foot office building on Peyton Drive in North Dallas. Scott Axelrod of Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented the seller, Spring Valley United Methodist Church, in the transaction.

ICC Texas, LLC leased 4,443 square feet of office space on Sherry Lane in University Park. Tyler Howarth and Jim Graham of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. JLL represented the landlord, 5950 Sherry Property, LLC.

Orbital Power Inc. subleased 3,358 square feet of office space from Stancil & Co. Jack Brewer, Chris Mason, John Beach, Trace Elrod, and Garrett Gibbons Jr. of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord in the deal for the space in Canal Centre on Las Colinas Boulevard in Irving. Canal Centre Investors, LLC, represented the tenant.

Welnfuse leased 2,403 square feet of office space from SMU in Expressway Tower in University Park. Lispah Hogan, Rebecca Griffin, and Sara Fredericks of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Synergy PT and Pilates LLC leased 2,168 square feet of office space in Highland Park West on MacArthur Avenue. Jared Laake and Richmond Collinsworth of Bradford Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, MacArthur Partners LP. Dylan Smith of Colliers International represented the tenant.

Interpret LLC. leased 1,469 square feet of office space in Preston Park Financial in Plano. Tyler Howarth and Jim Graham of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. Lincoln Property Company Commercial Inc. represented the landlord, Preston Park Office Center LLC.
Retail

A private investor purchased Fossil Creek Center retail center, a 69,000 square foot space on Western Center Boulevard and North Beach Street. STRIVE handled negotiations for the seller, an investor in Los Angeles.
