INDUSTRIAL

Distribution Management Inc. leased a 191,360 square-foot space at 4695 Clover Haven Street. Newmark Knight Frank’s Art Leichner and Andrew Crites negotiated the lease.

Corradi USA leased 67,600 square feet at Frankford Distribution Ctr – II, 1433 W. Frankford Road in Carrollton. Bob Luttrell, with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. Duke Realty Services represented the seller, Texas Dugan Limited Partnership.

Anchor Fabrication

Anchor Fabrication, three industrial properties totaling 53,254 square feet located in Garland, has sold. Adam Abushagur, Marcus & Millichap senior vice president investments and Sam Martin, associate, represented the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur and Martin.

Pace Runners leased 46,800 square feet at 924 111th Street in Arlington. Lon Lloyd of Champions DFW Commercial Realty negotiated the lease with Michael Stanzel of NAI Robert Lynn Co.

Pella leased 42,240 at Northfield Distribution Center, 506 E. Dallas Road in Grapevine. Garrett Gibbons and Lucas Kay, with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord, East Group Properties.

LCG King Arthur purchased 38,940 square feet at 9259 King Arthur Drive in Dallas. Cole Collins and Gary Lindsey, with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the seller, Flint Group Packaging Inks North America Corporation. First American Title Insurance Company represented the buyer.

A 35,000 square-foot multi-tenant property at 923 Avenue J in Grand Prairie sold to a private investor. CBRE’s Johnny Dunn, Jared Aubrey, and Michael Austry arranged the sale.

3249 W. Story Road

Lone Star Hair leased 12,876 square feet of space in Las Colinas Distribution Center 5, 3249 W. Story Road., from Las Colinas AAA Investment LLC. Jason Finch, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Brian Pafford, executive vice president, and managing partner, represented the landlord. James Kim of JSK Infinity represented the tenant.

OFFICE
One Glen Lakes

One Glen Lakes was acquired by ICM Asset Management, a Calgary-based asset manager. Located at 8140 Walnut Hill Lane, the 10-story, Class-A office building totals 169,000 square feet. Lincoln Property Company (LPC) is partnering with ICM to provide property management and leasing services for the building.

Informative Research has leased 15,570 square feet in Las Colinas Commons, 1555 W. Walnut Hill Lane, from West Walnut Hill LLC. Erik Blais, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Geoff Shelton and Marshall Mays of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord.
