It wasn’t easy, but after culling through all of the nominations in our 2020 Commercial Real Estate Awards, we have named finalists in all 17 categories.

Launched in 2013, D CEO’s annual program recognizes outstanding projects, deals, and industry players. This past year was an exceptionally strong one in commercial real estate, and the number and caliber of nominations we received reflected that. The selected finalists represent many of the region’s largest transactions and developments, but also several smaller deals that are poised to be game-changers in their industries or neighborhoods.

Winners will be revealed at a March event and featured in the April issue of D CEO.

This year, Gabriel Barbier-Mueller, founder and CEO of Harwood International, will be honored with the Pioneer Award.

Finalists in the other 16 categories are listed below, in alphabetical order. Be watching D CEO Real Estate in the coming weeks for profiles of all finalists, leading up to the awards celebration in March.
