To qualify, transactions must have closed between Nov. 15, 2018 and Nov. 15, 2019. Deal-size minimums are: office leases (35,000 square feet), office sales (60,000 square feet), industrial leases, and sales (85,000 square feet).
Please be sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
- Tenant or Buyer
- Landlord or Seller
- Size (Square Feet)
- Building Name
- Street Address and City
- Tenant Representatives (names and company names)
- Leasing Agents (names and company names)
- Sales Agents (names and company names)
