Submit Your Transactions to D CEO’s Deal Ticker

But do it fast—the deadline is Nov. 25. We’ll count down the biggest leases and sales in our Real Estate Annual.
By |

Each year, D CEO publishes the region’s top commercial real estate leases and sales in its Real Estate Annual publication, and this year is no different.

To make sure your transactions are included, please send the specifics to me at [email protected].

To qualify, transactions must have closed between Nov. 15, 2018 and Nov. 15, 2019. Deal-size minimums are: office leases (35,000 square feet), office sales (60,000 square feet), industrial leases, and sales (85,000 square feet).

Please be sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Tenant or Buyer
  • Landlord or Seller
  • Size (Square Feet)
  • Building Name
  • Street Address and City
  • Tenant Representatives (names and company names)
  • Leasing Agents (names and company names)
  • Sales Agents (names and company names)

In December, D CEO will bring back its weekly Personnel Moves and Deal Ticker reports. Beyond office and industrial sales and leases, we’ll report on land, multifamily, and retail transactions. Send details on your North Texas deals to [email protected].
