This November, Uptown will get even more healthy as Fox Restaurant Concepts brings its buzzy fast-casual eatery Flower Child to Rosewood Court.

Found nearby The Crescent at 2101 Cedar Spring Road, the 6,500 square-foot space marks the fourth outpost for the restaurant, which made its Dallas debut in spring 2017 at Inwood Village. Other locations include Belt Line in Addison and Preston/Royal in Preston Hollow.

The new location will be both the largest for the chain and the first to host a full-service bar—expanding its existing list of organic wine, local beer, kombucha, cold brew coffee, and freshly-made lemonades to include unique craft cocktails and sangria on tap.

The Uptown location also will have an outdoor patio and private dining room.

Bill Flaherty, Rosewood Property Company CEO, previously said the additions is the “perfect restaurant for our Rosewood Court tenants and Uptown neighbors. … because it taps into the demand for healthier eating.”

Definitely the healthiest of the bunch, Flower Child is well known for its balanced dining experience, with a selection of organic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan menu items for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

Menu categories include a daily soup, varieties of Toast & Hummus, Salads, Entrées, Bowls, Wraps, and a Healthy Kids menu. Guests can also add proteins to any dish, including all-natural chicken, sustainable salmon, grass-fed steak, and organic non-GMO tofu.

Additionally, for Flower Child to conserve every bit of food, the Rosewood Court location will offer daily juice options that are made with extra fruits and vegetables from the menu’s main dishes.

To celebrate the opening, Flower Child will host a hiring party from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, at Rosewood Court. Candidates are encouraged to play yard games, enjoy light bites, enter to win a variety of raffle prizes—and, most importantly, future employees can be hired on the spot.

Fox Restaurant Concepts is the same group to bring The Henry to Dallas.

Since 1998, when Sam Fox opened New American eatery Wildflower in Tuscon, Arizona, the company has introduced several restaurant brands and has grown to a team of nearly 4,000 employees in almost 50 locations that span across the U.S.
