Inogen, a leading manufacturer of oxygen therapy technology and solutions, has signed a 10-year lease on 154,097 square feet of industrial and office space at 600 Shiloh Road near Bush Turnpike in East Plano.
The company currently occupies two industrial buildings and one call center in Richardson. The decision to consolidate its existing Texas facilities under one roof was made to accommodate the company’s expected growth over the next decade.
Inogen first expanded to North Texas in 2013. The medical technology company develops, manufactures, and markets innovative oxygen concentrators used to deliver supplemental long-term oxygen therapy to patients suffering from chronic respiratory conditions. Its manufacturing operations will occupy approximately 90,000 square-feet of space and its call center will fill the remaining 60,000 square feet.
The property’s current tenant, Flextronics, plans to vacate the space at the end of 2019. Inogen plans to occupy in early 2020.
