Family-run Haystack Burgers & Barley announced it will open to three new locations in Dallas and Frisco within the next year. Current locations include the original in Richardson, which opened in 2013, and a second location in Turtle Creek Village, which opened in 2016.

Haystack’s new Dallas locations include Hillside Village at 6465 E. Mockingbird Lane and Hillcrest Village at 6959 Arapaho Road, Dallas; they are slated for a late 2019 and early 2020 opening, respectively. The Frisco location will open next month at 6705 Main Street.

Jenny and Kevin Galvin, owners and operators of Haystack, said they are excited about Haystack’s new locations. “We chose these areas as they all have a great sense of community and we can’t wait to be a part of these neighborhoods.” says Kevin Galvin in a statement.

Greg Pierce and Ryan May with CBRE in Dallas represented Haystack Burgers in site selection and negotiations for the Hillside and Hillcrest locations, and the landlords for both locations were represented by Shop Cos. in Dallas.

CBRE senior vice president Greg Pierce said: “Hillcrest Village in north Dallas is also going through a major transformation and combined with the dense population, excellent demographics and high traffic counts, Haystack and the new restaurants will hopefully succeed in a big way in this location.”
