A Texas gem is up for sale 90 miles from Dallas. Originally built as primo getaway for hunters and fishermen, The Reserve at Sulphur Bluff is a 65,000-square-foot European-style lodge on 5,000 acres in Hopkins County. The property is chock-full of luxury features and sporting additions like a gun range, sporting clays course, 15 miles of fiber optic network, a 9-grape vineyard, and an orchard.

“We are selling a blank canvas,” says Bernard Uechtritz, Founder of Icon Global Group and the man marketing the property. “In reality, The Reserve could be anything.”

The lodge sits on the highest point of Hopkins County and boasts a stunning view of the surrounding countryside, several multi-bedroom suites, 28 guest suites, and multiple fully equipped kitchens complete with a private chef on the property. The Reserve marries modern comfort with the charm of the Texas pine curtain and has its own independent backup power system, geothermal heating and cooling systems, and a heliport with access to a nearby 5,000-foot jet strip in Sulphur Springs.

Uechritz’ call for offers is open, and bidding ends June 28.
