Irving-based tech firm Blucora Inc. announced that it has signed a lease with developer Billingsley Co. in the new office building under construction at Cypress Waters, consolidating its two offices in Las Colinas and North Dallas into multiple floors of the office building.
The 250,000-square-foot building is expected to be completed later this year and is across the street from the new lakefront Sound at Cypress Waters mixed-use development. Blucora is expected to move in by summer of 2020.

From the weekly event programming and free fitness classes to on-site amenities like lake-side walking trails, restaurants and the dog park, everything we’ve built at Cypress Waters is centered around tenant employee retention. The Sound restaurants on the lake will open this month along with weekly concerts in the amphitheater.”
Randy Cooper, Craig Wilson, Kate Sudol and Wills Bauer with Cushman & Wakefield represented Blucora. Meanwhile, Marijke Lantz represented Billingsley Co. in the transaction.
