Real estate firm esrp, formerly known as E Smith Realty Partners, will move into 11,000 square feet at The Star in Frisco in July 2018. The 50-person real estate firm, which has fingerprints all over high-profile transactions such as NTT Data’s lease at The Campus at Legacy West, will relocate its headquarters to the third floor of The Star’s offices, which overlooks the Dallas Cowboys’ practice fields.

“Making The Star our new home is an easy choice,” esrp CEO Sharon Morrison said in a statement. “… Surrounded by some of the world’s most renowned corporations making significant investments in Texas, we’ll have an unprecedented opportunity to collaborate with new and existing clients. Furthermore, with downtown Dallas, DFW International and Love Field airports a short 30 minutes down the road, our brokers can easily service clients locally and nationally.”

The Star sits in Frisco’s “$5 Billion Mile” along with other developments such as Frisco Station, The Gate, and the troubled Wade Park. The Star includes 91 acres of sports, retail, office, medical, and educational uses.
