BCG Renews in Harwood District

The Boston Consulting Group, a global consulting company, has renewed its lease in Harwood International’s Saint Ann Court, also known as Harwood No. 6.

BCG first leased 69,624 square feet in the office property in 2008, and has re-signed a long-term lease spanning three floors. Harwood International is the master developer of the 18-block district just north of Uptown known as the Harwood District. Saint Ann Court is one of several existing and planned buildings in the neighborhood, including luxury condo tower Bleu Ciel and the original Rolex building completed in 1984.

Harwood’s Hannah Waidmann and Kelly Whaley represented the landlord, Harwood International. CBRE’s Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis, and Neal Puckett represented BCG.
