Joint venture partners Trammell Crow Co. and MetLife scored a win in the early days of 2018 for their new PwC Tower at Park District overlooking Klyde Warren Park in Uptown. International law firm Winston & Strawn has signed a long-term lease for 56,000 square feet across two floors of the 20-story tower. Winston will move into the eighth and ninth floors in the second quarter of 2018.
“Park District will offer Winston and all other tenants the most prestigious home in North Texas, and the highest quality amenities in the market, all at the doorstep of Klyde Warren Park,” TCC senior managing director Scott Krikorian said in a statement.
CBRE’s Dennis Barnes, Clay Gilbert, and Shannon Brown represented Trammell Crow Co. and MetLife. CBRE’s Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis, Neal Puckett, and Nancy Pacher represented Winston.
PwC Tower, named for its anchor tenant, is scheduled to deliver this month after PwC inked a 200,000-square-foot deal in 2016. The 500,000-square-foot project also has a twin tower, which will include 228 multifamily units across 34 stories. The two towers are connected through a landscaped plaza designed by the Office of James Burnett, the same firm who designed Klyde Warren.
