On the year of its 100th anniversary, a Dallas-based financial service giant has found a new office.
GuideStone Financial Resources has sold its headquarters at 2401 Cedar Springs Road and will move into 115,000 square feet of Pinnacle Tower near the Galleria later this summer.
JLL’s Jack Crews led the sale of the Cedar Springs office, which GuideStone has owned since 1989. Dallas Central Appraisal District records do not yet reflect the building’s new ownership, but show the most recent value of the property to be $33,550,000.
JLL’s Brad Selner and Brooke Armstrong represented GuideStone in its new office lease.
