Herritage Creekside, the mixed-use development in Plano confined by President George Bush Turnpike, Custer Road, Plano Parkway, and Alma Drive, will soon begin work on its office phase. A 12-story, 342,800-square-foot building called One Heritage Creekside is expected to deliver in 2019 at the western end of the 122-acre development.

The project’s first phase, which is under construction now, has townhomes by CB Jeni, single-family homes by Cambridge Homes, and apartments. Two restaurants—Flying Fish and Rodeo Goat Ice House—will open in the summer of 2018 within the development hugging Pittman Creek.

Patrinely Group and Rosewood Property Co. will develop the initial building, as well as all subsequent offices that could reach a total of 2.5 million square feet at build-out. One Heritage Creekside will have floorplates varying from 26,950 square feet to 38,100 square feet, and four parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of office. Some floors will have floor-to-ceiling windows and private garden terraces. The project will also have ground floor food services and retail stores. JLL will lease the campus’ office space, which could accommodate one or multiple users.
