When Craig Hall began work on his office park in Frisco in the late 1990s, he was roundly criticized by industry experts. No one could understand why he was developing on farmland so far to the north. But his instincts about the path of growth were dead on.

Today, Hall Park sits in the center of a flurry of development, with Plano’s Legacy West and Granite Park to the south and The Star, Frisco Station, and Wade Park to the North in Frisco.

Demand has compelled him to break ground on a 17th building at his 162-acre park, adding to its existing 2.2 million square feet of space. The 300,000-square-foot facility will sit at 3201 Dallas Parkway and, at 12 stories, be the tallest in the development. Hall plans to break ground in late September.

The new office facility will have 25,000-square-foot floor plates and 10-foot ceilings, and is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. Like other buildings in the park, it will feature works of art from the Hall Collection, which has grown to include more than 200 pieces in Frisco.

Hall Office park is currently 96 percent leased to 184 tenants that employ about 8,000 people. Hall Group began a development-wide upgrade to the park in May, refreshing signage, lighting, and amenities, including a new fitness center, wine lounge, and outdoor plaza.
