American Textile Co. is relocating its North Texas facility from West Dallas to South Dallas. The bedding company has leased 201,600 square feet of space at JJ Lemmon Distribution Center, located at 32777 LBJ Freeway in Dallas.
Forshey Hoobler and Elizabeth Jones with JLL represented the tenant in the deal. John Hendricks and Kacy Jones of CBRE represented the landlord.
Hobbler said the new location provides American Textile with a long-term solution that allows the company to expand its Dallas operations.
JJ Lemmon, a two-building project totaling 700,000 square feet, was developed by Trammell Crow Co.
