The leasing momentum  is indicative of how rapidly the Frisco market is continuing to grow, says Mark Depker, president of the company’s management division. “When Craig Hall first invested in Frisco nearly 20 years ago, the population of the city was about 15,000,” he says. “Now, the population is 150,000 and growing, and we’re thrilled to be in the center of that growth. The caliber of these new and existing customers is unmatched, and we look forward to helping them continue to cultivate their business.”

The 162-acre HALL Office Park is home to 16 buildings totaling 2.2 million square feet of space. Amenities include a corporate wine lounge, 9,000-square-foot fitness center, and a collection that contains more than 200 pieces of art.
