Supply-chain management firm We Pack Logistics has signed a 300,283-square-foot lease at 951 Town East Blvd. in Mesquite. The company, which provides packaging and distribution services, will use the space to serve a new client in the food and beverage industry.
The property, Skyline Business Park Bldg. 1, is a 457,076-square-foot warehouse and distribution property that sits on about 28 acres at Chase Road and Skyline Drive, adjacent to a Union Pacific intermodal yard.
Holmes Davis, senior vice president in Binswanger’s Dallas office, represented We Pack Logistics in the deal. John Hendricks with CBRE represented the landlord.
