Hugedata LLC has renewed its lease of a 1,934 square foot office space in Sterling Plaza at 5949 Sherry Lane in Dallas. Richmond Collinsworth, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Seth Thatcher of CBRE represented the landlord, KBSIII Sterling Plaza LLC.
