WinCo Foods has leased 85,000 square feet of retail space off Interstate 20 in Arlington.

WinCo Foods has leased 85,000 square feet of retail space at the southwest corner of Interstate 20 and South Cooper Street in Arlington. Venture Commercial Real Estate represented the supermarket chain. Mike Axelrad Sr. represented the landlord, Brixmor Property Group.
