Holt Texas LTD has purchased 48,120 square feet of industrial space at 3131 State Hwy 161 in Irving. Bill Archer with Case Commercial represented the buyer. Brent Landfried and Corby Hodgkiss with Mercer Co. represented the seller, Surefire Industries LLC.
