The University of Texas at Arlington has leased 4,840 square feet of industrial space in Westfork Business Center Building II, located at 1515 Avenue S in Grand Prairie. Jill Bayne of Alliance Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, DCT-TX 2005 RN Portfolio LLP.
