Energy Spectrum has leased 12,639 square feet of office space in Sherry Lane Place at 5956 Sherry Ln. in Dallas. Peery Wood of Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenant, which offers private equity investments and premium investment banking services for the energy industry. Clint Madison with DTZ represented the landlord, JP Morgan Chase.
