BNP Associates Inc. has renewed its lease for 1,784 square feet of office space in Brookhollow Riverside, located at 2505 N. State Hwy. 360 in Arlington. Theron Bryant and Casey Tounget of CBC Commercial Alliance DFW put together the direct deal on behalf of the landlord, Down by the Riverside LP.
