All Star Inflatables Inc. leased 22,618 square feet of industrial space at Prologis Northgate 1, located at 11110-11120 Grader St. in Dallas. Stephen Cooper with NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord, Prologis. Eric Crutchfield and Seth Koschak with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant, a custom manufacturer of cold air inflatables.
