Stream Realty Partners is wrapping up designs for a 12-story, 271,000-square-foot expansion to its Platinum Park development in Plano.

Phase II will sit at the corner of Tennyson Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, just east of a five-story, 166,000-square-foot building that’s currently being built and is expected to be ready for occupancy later this year.

Chris Jackson, regional managing partner of Stream Realty Partners, said construction of the second tower will get underway before the end of the year.

Ryan Evanich and Matt Wieser are overseeing leasing of the project, which was designed by BOKA Powell.

Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners manages a portfolio of more than 120 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
