Owens & Minor has renewed its lease for 223,190 square feet of industrial space in Lakeside Ranch Building 20 at 550 Lakeside Pkwy. in Flower Mound. Jim Cooksey and Adam Faulk with Jackson & Cooksey represented the tenant, a distributor of medical and surgical supplies. Randy Wood represented the landlord, Duke Realty.
