Victory Real Estate Group has snapped up 22 acres in North Fort Worth for a new retail development. Victory at Alliance will be located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35W and Heritage Trace Parkway. It will sit within Alliance Town Center, part of Hillwood’s sprawling 18,000-acre Alliance Town Center masterplanned project.

Dallas-based Victory plans to begin to construction immediately, with buildings ready for occupancy by the end of the year. The project will include big-box, junior box, small-shop and medical retail space, along with a few pad sites.

Tony Ramji, president and CEO, said he’s excited to develop at Alliance Town Center. “The access and visibility of this site is ideal,” he said.

David Davidson Jr. and Edward Bogel of Davidson Bogel Real Estate represented the development company in its land buy.

Established in 20025, Victory Real Estate Group provides build-to-suit, asset management, strategic acquisition, general construction, real estate advisory, and retail centers and medical/office building development services.
