Owens & Minor will continue to serve its customers from Lakeside Ranch Building 20 in Flower Mound. The national distributor of medical and surgical supplies and supply-chain management company has renewed its lease with Duke Realty Corp. for a little over 223,000 square feet of industrial space.

Duke, a leading nationwide REIT, acquired the 748,831-square-foot building in 2012. Amenities include easy access to Interstate 635 and State Highways 121 and 114, as well as DFW International Airport, said Jeff Thornton, senior vice president for Duke’s Texas region. “We are well-positioned to efficiently serve businesses looking to expand in the Dallas-Fort Worth market,” he said.

Jim Cooksey and Adam Faulk with Jackson & Cooksey represented the tenant in the deal. Randy Wood, Duke Realty’s vice president of industrial leasing, represented the property owner.

Located at 550 Lakeside Parkway, the building is 100 percent leased, with HD Supply occupying the remainder of space in the building. Duke Realty also owns two pad-ready sites adjacent to the facility that could support the development of a 324,000-square-foot front-load building and a 660,000-square-foot cross-dock building.
