Jackson-Shaw has found its first tenant to occupy space at Parc Royal in Hilti Inc., which has signed on for 65,000 square feet of industrial space. The supplier of specialized tools and fastening systems for the construction industry is expected to take occupancy next month.
Forshey Hoobler with JLL represented the tenant in the deal. Blake Kendrick, managing director and partner of Stream Realty Partners, represented the landlord, Jackson-Shaw.
The developer completed work on Parc Royal, a four-building, 511,600-square-foot industrial park, late last year. It’s located on West Royal Lane in Irving, within the DFW Airport submarket, which continues to see brisk demand.
The industrial park’s central location is a huge draw, said Jason Nunley, vice president of development for Jackson-Shaw. “We’re seeing a lot of interest in Parc Royal from businesses that value the prominent location and convenient access to DFW International Airport,” he said.
