CJ Fitness has leased 7,169 square feet of retail space in Northridge Court Shopping Center, 2741 E. Belt Line Rd. in Carrollton. Paul Richter, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Zimmerman Enterprise LLC. Tom Hudson of Hudson Peters Commercial represented the tenant.
