The Joeckel Law Office, Brandera Inc. and Vivicare Inc. have all leased two 2,790-square-foot office spaces at 219 S. Main St. in Fort Worth. Casey Tounget and Theron Bryant of CBCA DFW represented the tenants in the five-year lease negotiations. Blake Lloyd of CBRE handled talks for the landlord, 1915 S. Main St. LP.
