JLL has been selected by IDI Gazeley Brookfield Logistics Properties to take over management of its 165-building, 47 million-square-foot industrial portfolio across nine states. The assignment includes 14 North Texas properties totaling more than 5 million square feet.
Other assets are in Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Laredo, and McAllen, as well as in Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and California. It all adds up to JLL’s largest property management assignment in the United States.
Jay Conforth, managing principal and global head of industrial at Brookfield Property Group and CEO of IDI Gazeley North America, said the agreement positions the company for greater scalability and growth. “In short, we have realigned our organization to better focus on our customer relationships and service by leveraging JLL’s class-leading property management platform,” he said.
