Despite just being released from the hospital following back surgery, NAI Robert Lynn’s Van Power made it to the party. Colliers International chief David Pinsel brought luggage with him, changing his afternoon flight to a later one so he could make the event. Apparently, D CEO’s Power Brokers bash is not one to be missed.

Apparently, D CEO’s Power Brokers bash is not one to be missed.
Held Feb. 18 on the 70th floor of Bank of America Plaza, the invite-only event attracted nearly 300 of the top commercial real estate pros in the region, including Mark Dickenson of Cushman & Wakefield, Carl Ewert and Greg Biggs of JLL, Nora Hogan of Transwestern, and Dave Anderson and Phil Puckett of CBRE.
Along with Pinsel, several other firm heads attended, including TD Briggs and Joel Pustmueller of Peloton Commercial Real Estate, Susan Arledge of Cresa Dallas, Bob Mohr of Mohr Partners, Mike Ablon of PegasusAblon, Moody Younger of Younger Partners, Johnny Johnson of DTZ, Bob Buell of Fults Commercial, and Brant Landry of E Smith Realty.
The views were spectacular from the highest perch in Dallas, especially as the sun set and the city’s lights began to shine. Fauxcades transformed the space into a stylish lounge, food and cocktails were provided by Beyond the Box catering, and popular DJ Paul Paredes took care of the music.
Since the start, the event has been sponsored by Bank of America Plaza/Peloton Commercial Real Estate and Cedar Hill Economic Development Corp. They were joined again this year by Staffelbach and by Downtown Dallas Inc.
D CEO’s Power Brokers program recognizes the top office, industrial, retail, data center, and investment sales real estate pros in Dallas-Fort Worth. It’s now the only broker recognition program of its kind in the region.
