An anonymous buyer has acquired a 1.3 million-sq.ft. portfolio of Dallas-area industrial properties. Two of the buildings are in the DFW Airport submarket; a third is in the Great Southwest submarket. Jack Fraker, Frank Fallon, Josh McArtor, Jonathan Bryan, Heather McClain Venegoni, and Ryan Thornton with CBRE represented the seller, Oakmont Industrial Group.
